From design all the way through to construction, we are on a continuous quest for sustainable and green alternatives that save energy, water and materials, as well as reduce CO².


Energy Costs

With our building components being prefabricated in facility before being transported to building sites, projects can be quickly erected thus saving in waste for the entire timeline of the construction process. By using steel, construction speed significantly increase up to 50% faster than wood and concrete. Increased construction speeds means that companies can save energy, which means, saving money! 

Environmental Impact

The deforestation sector accounts for a staggering amount of the earth’s carbon emissions, accounting for up to 10%. Not only is there a high-carbon release from the vehicles used to cut down trees for timber, but the carbon absorbed by the trees is released back into the atmosphere, increasing emissions at an alarming rate. Steel uses less energy and involves recycled material in the production process. The durability of steel compared to wood is significant, which reduces the need to replace steel materials in the future. 

Resisting the Elements

Steel is an extremely durable material, allowing it to withstand high winds and severe weather. It offers a superior option of protection against natural disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, snowstorms, flooding, and earthquakes. Steel also is a non-combustible and non-corrosive material, protecting against fires, wet/dry rot, and termites!!!

Reduced Waste

Not only is the steel made of recycled materials, but during the fabrication process, each individual component is cut to length, fastener/ service holes pre-punched, and prepared for assembly. These scraps and leftover steel are then collected for recycling. We prefabricated our building components in facility before they are shipped, which reduced the cutting and waste of on-site materials.
