Groundbreaking Ceremony in Odessa, TX

On March 24th, 2022, the ground for a 12-plot development for affordable housing, was officially broke on the southside of Odessa, TX.

Odessa Housing Finance Corporation partnered with Rhodes USA & NEO General Construction on the Smith Heights development. Rhodes USA providing the steel frames (wall panels & roof trusses).

Rhodes USA’s team were in attendance for the ceremony, along with OHFC, Odessa City Manager Michael Marrero, State Rep. Brooks Langraf, Odessa City Counsil Members, and the Odessa Chamber of Commerce along with many others. Our director, Emanuel Papas, spoke on behalf of Rhodes USA, to inform the benefits of Cold-Formed Steel and inform the culture behind our company.
